Circular Space Economy is a joint initiative of Creaternity Aerospace Lab and Astromerge USA. We've kept our approach to your data as simple as the principle behind it: collect the minimum, use it only for what you gave it to us for, and never sell or trade it.

In short: we don't run analytics on this site, we don't use tracking cookies, and the only personal data we hold is what you choose to send us through the contribute form.

What we collect

We do not collect any data for statistics, analytics, or visitor tracking. There is no analytics script, tracking pixel, or visitor-profiling tool anywhere on this site.

The only personal information we receive is what you submit yourself, through the contribute form: your name, email address, and any optional details you add (institution or company, role, areas of interest, and your message). We only receive this when you choose to submit it.

Cookies

This site avoids cookies wherever possible. Where a cookie is technically required — for example, to keep the site secure or to make a form work correctly during your visit — we use it only for that specific technical purpose.

How we use your form submission

When you submit the contribute form, we use your details for one purpose: to get in touch with you about the Circular Space Economy initiative — for example, to follow up on a research collaboration, an industry contribution, or a request to stay updated.

We do not sell your data, rent it to third parties, or use it for unrelated marketing. Submissions are received directly by the initiative team at Creaternity Aerospace Lab and Astromerge USA, and are not passed to external marketing platforms or data brokers.

How long we keep it, and deleting your data

We keep the information you submit for as long as it's useful for the purpose you gave it to us — generally, for the length of our correspondence with you.

If you'd like your data deleted at any time, for any reason, just send us an email and we will remove it.

Legal basis (GDPR)

Where GDPR applies, our legal basis for processing the details you submit is your consent — given when you tick the consent box and submit the contribute form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us, as above.

We may update this page occasionally if how the site operates changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. If you have questions about any change, just ask.
